Eating is a treat in Wellington, not only is this city dubbed New Zealand's coffee capital, but it also has has a multifaceted dining scene. There are a plethora of restaurants to choose from, at last count there were over 300. Ethic food is popular in Wellington and you will find many international style dining options. The centre of Wellington is the place to eat, with most of the restaurants and cafes around Courtenay Place and Cuba Street. Oriental Parade is a good for seafood dining.
